Dedicated to my lovely dad who parachuted into Normandy with the 6th Airborne Division on D-Day. As part of the Royal Army Medical Corps. he ended up based in a field hospital tending the critically injured not far from Caen. I wish I’d asked him more and listened more. We are forever in debt to all the men like my wee dad,who carried out their duty for their fellow man and country in as humble and brave a way as possible. Forever bless them all.
