Remembering with pride, my dear dad. He landed on Gold beach and went all the way through to Hamburg. The horror of what he saw and experienced never left him. I remember well the nightmares he suffered for the rest of his life. They were ordinary men who did a extraordinary job of seeing the world of Hitler's regime. I am forever proud of him, although he passed away in 1986 he is forever in my heart 💛
