D-Day 80 Memorial

This is a special place for you to share memories and photos of your loved ones who were involved in D-Day - and the wider war effort.

“…the spirit of the people, resolute, dedicated, burned like a bright flame, lit surely from those unseen fires which nothing can quench.”  King George VI, 6 June 1944 (D-Day)

Write your dedication

Cyril Charles Bryant.

You survived two tours of duty as a Tail-End Charlie, and returned home whole in body, but not in mind. You died early (52) leaving a void that can never be filled.
